Das erwartet Dich
- Verantwortung für sämtliche administrative sowie organisatorische Aufgaben des Büros des Senior Directors Purchase, Quality Management & ESG
- Terminplanung und - verwaltung
- Informationsbeschaffung
- Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Geschäftsunterlagen, die bereichs
- und länderübergreifend kommuniziert und koordiniert werden
- Entlastung des Senior Director Purchase, Quality Management & ESG durch eine kompetente Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen und Schnittstellen im Unternehmen, insbesondere in unsere Zentrale und zu unseren Lieferanten
- selbständige Erstellung von diversen Protokollen, Reports, und Präsentationen
- Das bringst Du mit
- einschlägige Berufsausbildung oder Studium und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- Überaus sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) sowie MS-Outlook
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Erfahrungen im Textilbereich sind von Vorteil
