We are looking for a **Healthcare Brand and Marketing Specialist (f/m/x)** to support us in our mission with immediate effect.
You will be leading growth efforts for Cara Care’s new product launch in Germany. Your target audience will be around 50 thousand healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Germany. “Cara Care für Reizdarm” is the first prescribable and fully reimbursable digital therapy for irritable bowel syndrome that is now available for the over 13 million IBS patients free of charge. You will be in charge of planning and executing our marketing efforts to HCPs in Germany such as general practitioners and gastroenterologists.
As our Healthcare Brand and Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for the activation of our newly launched IBS therapy. You will develop and implement HCP-specific online and offline marketing campaigns in order to convince HCPs about the benefits of our product and make them prescribe Cara Care to their patients. You will work closely with the HCP sales team and empower them by creating compelling materials. You will be in charge of creating meaningful touchpoints and experiences with HCPs along their customer journey. You will develop deep empathy for the needs of our target audience. By analysing the impact of each touchpoint you will optimise your marketing efforts in an agile way.

You will be the cornerstone of our small and establishing growth team that aims to move very quickly. Your Responsibilities*
- You develop, execute and analyze targeted online and offline PR and marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals (HCP)
- You create content for HCP lead generation and engagement campaigns along the customer journey
- You acquire, manage and support Marketing partner and KOL’ s
- You work closely with the sales team and support with training, materials and conversion guides
- You define KPI’s for HCP Marketing and together with the team you are responsible for budget allocation and measuring performance in different phases of our marketing campaigns
- Optional: Planning, organisation and execution of events (e.g. scientific congresses and trainings)

**Requirements**:

- You are eager to introduce a completely novel evidence-based digital therapy to the market and make it known and popular among prescribers
- German fluency/native level required (especially written) due to focus on German market
- You have studied in the field of marketing, business, health-related or linguistic
- 1+ years of marketing/ product or content experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, for example as a communications-, event-, content
- or marketing manager
- Creative but accurate mind with excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal)
- Must be a proactive team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders to design and execute against the evolving business needs
- Editing and copywriting skills and an eye for visual communication
- It's a plus if you can capture the essence of scientific publications and enjoy preparing them for different audiences
- It’s a plus if you already attended or organised events in a related industry
