Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks will include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating sales efforts, and crafting marketing campaigns. The role also involves conducting training sessions, analyzing market trends, and improving communication with clients and guests to ensure exceptional service and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Experience in Training roles to improve team knowledge and performance
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative marketing strategies
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in hospitality or related industries is a plus
