**About the Marketing Team**

The Marketing Team is responsible for the entire brand positioning strategy, user acquisition, and retention, leading the Performance, Analytics, Public Relations, Internal Communications, Social Networks, CRM, Employer Branding, and Product Marketing fronts. Our objective is to build a brand that has market recognition for the positions it defends and that supports the company's revenue growth and expansion.

**About the Position**

The Brand Designer position leads the creative front for acquisition and retention activities and collaborates with brand design activities to enhance and improve our brand identity. You will be responsible for the brand consistency throughout the channels that directly impact user and partner engagement.

**Main Responsabilities**
- Ensure consistency in brand communications;
- Ensure understanding of brand strategies in acquisition, reactivation, and retention of customers and users;
- Collaborate with Content Marketing and others to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Collaborate with UX Design to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Marketing and Product.
- Continually iterate on concepts to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s).
- Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects.

**What We Are Looking For**
- 3-4 years of experience as a designer and creative direction
- Must be fluent in brand, marketing, design principles, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, photography, etc.
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrable design thinking and execution skills with a strong portfolio.
- Motion Design knowledge is mandatory
- English mandatory; German desirable
