Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Werkstudent:in (d/w/m) für unser People & Culture Team in Berlin. Du hast Spaß und Interesse an dem Recruitment, dem Talentmanagement und administrativer Personalarbeit? Bist perfekt organisiert und hast Lust uns im Daily Business bei Recruitment-Projekten zu unterstützen?

**Ja? Dann solltest du Folgendes mitbringen**:

- Du absolvierst ein Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnliches und hast ein großes Interesse an Personalthemen.
- Du besitzt eine große Begeisterung für Menschen und hast eine Leidenschaft für den Personalbereich.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting (Bewerbermanagement) in einem kreativen Umfeld, in der Personaladministration oder der Personalentwicklung sammeln.
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, kommunikationsstark, verlierst nicht den Überblick und arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und engagiert.
- Du hast Humor und Spaß an der Arbeit.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bewerbermanagementsystemen.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift und bist fit in Englisch.
