**Your mission**:
Als **Head of Quality** übernimmst du die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) gemäß EN ISO Standards. In dieser Schlüsselrolle prägst du maßgeblich unser Qualitätsverständnis im gesamten Unternehmen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte und Prozesse unsren Anforderungen an Compliance und Sicherheit erfüllen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Definition, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätszielen, KPIs und Leistungskennzahlen zur Förderung von kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und operativer Exzellenz
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen für alle Produkte und Dienstleistungen
- Verantwortung für die Produkt
- und Prozessqualität sowie die Produktsicherheit
- Initiierung und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Optimierungsprojekte zur Fehlerreduktion und Effizienzsteigerung (KVP)
- Überwachung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Vorgaben wie RoHS, WEEE oder REACH
- Übersetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. GMP, MDR, IVDR) in konkrete Spezifikationen für die Produktentwicklung, einschließlich Anforderungen an Datenintegrität

**Your expertise**:

- Expertise in der Entwicklung und Führung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (QMS) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Methoden.
- Mindestens 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion, idealerweise in der Industrie, z. B. Fertigung, Gesundheitswesen oder Technologie.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen ISO 9001 Norm und relevanter Standards.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung funktionsübergreifender Teams und der Etablierung einer unternehmensweiten Qualitätskultur.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Führungskompetenz und Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungsfreude.
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung interner und externer Audits.
