Als Lead Venture Architect (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine führende Rolle bei der strategischen Ausrichtung, aber insbesondere bei der operativen Umsetzung von Innovationsprojekten. Du steuerst komplexe Value Creation-, Business Execution
- und Venture-Projekte, führst interdisziplinäre Teams und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technologie und Business. Du treibst daten
- und KI-basierte Lösungen pragmatisch und zielorientiert voran und sorgst dafür, dass Konzepte nicht nur entstehen, sondern erfolgreich umgesetzt und nachhaltig skaliert werden.
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technologie, Entrepeneurship oder vergleichbarer Disziplinen.
- Mindestens 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entrepreneurship, Business Execution, Value Creation oder Venture Building mit nachweisbarer Führungsverantwortung.
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse datengetriebener Geschäftsprozesse, digitaler Geschäftsmodelle und AI-basierter Technologien.
- Stark ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, pragmatische und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
- Neugierde und Freude daran, dich kontinuierlich in neue Themen, Technologien und Märkte einzuarbeiten.
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu steuern und interdisziplinäre Teams erfolgreich zu führen.
- Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management auf C-Level.
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgabenbereich
- Operative und strategische Steuerung komplexer Projekte mit klarem Fokus auf pragmatische Umsetzung und nachhaltige Wertschöpfung.
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer AI-Strategie und datengetriebenen Prozesse zur Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsmodelle.
- Führung und Entwicklung interdisziplinärer Teams mit starkem Fokus auf Execution und Value Creation.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit auf Management-Ebene unserer Corporate-Partner zur Realisierung konkreter Wertsteigerungen durch innovative, daten
- und AI-basierte Lösungen.
- Entwicklung und Validierung pragmatischer und innovativer Lösungen mithilfe modernster Technologien (z.B. GenAI, Automation, Low-Code Tools).
- Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften und Wissenstransfer innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation.
