**Your mission**:
Architect one of our next global music verticals and build it from ground up.
You will be the architect and operator of a new business unit, working in lockstep with the founder and CEO. Your mission is to build the machine: design the workflows, pilot the strategy, and own the execution. As you validate and scale, you will hire and lead your own team.
What you'll do
- Build a new business unit from zero to one, with the rest of the team as sparring partners
- Architect the operational playbook, establish all workflows, and hire your own team over time
- Launch and scale the venture across key markets
- Constantly challenge assumptions, test new strategies, and find the smartest ways to build and grow the business
- Initiate and manage fundraising activities, with a strong focus on exchange with investors
**Your profile**:
- Full Time: 1+ years' experience in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking
- Internship: Experience in fast-paced working environments via internships incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- You are proactive and get things done
- A passion for music and entertainment
- Bonus: you've built something before (a newsletter, brand, TikTok page, or project you’re proud of)
