Senior Venture Architect

We are now kicking off the next term of building ventures and therefore hiring a new cohort of (Senior) Venture Architects (f/m/x) - join us if you want to be part of our industry-agnostic venture studio The learning curve will be steep and the projects challenging as our clients expect us to build and craft end2end products and businesses instead of slides. After the successful completion of the program within 18-24 months you will either become an Entrepreneur in Residence, exploring & validating different start-up ideas with us, founding your own start-up with initial investment and product / go-to-market support from us or you continue to lead venture projects as Venture Lead within the Factory. Tasks **The MVP Factory Venture Architect program will allow you to**: - Work with leading enterprises and exceptional founders - Go in the lead when building businesses across industries, from exploration through ideation and validation until successful scaling - Work cross-functionally with strong product-oriented teams of PMs, Designers and Engineers - Drive stakeholder engagement and communication from conducting a tight schedule to inspiring your audience with a compelling storyline **Requirements**: - A strong business acumen paired with high energy levels and the ability to see the bigger picture from idea to execution - A professional past that exposed you to business models in different industries and stages, may it be as consultant, first-time-founder, digital innovation manager or successful early stage employee in fast growing tech companies - Knowledge of methods, models and theories that allow you to challenge or defend operations assumptions, analyze opportunities and markets - that strong entrepreneurial mindset and deep understanding of digital business models that allows you to quickly identify core operational challenges while knowing how tech and product play into building a successful business - You are fluent in English and German (C2) - Hardworking - scratch that, the HARDEST working doesn't necessarily mean to you to be the one with the longest hours but to push your limits, make smart choices, learn fast, ask a lot, and think quick on your feet - Last but not least: you're a true team player who is committed to putting the team first - always. **Benefits**: The benefit of joining a team full of motivated and curious colleagues allows you to push yourself and enjoy working with us.
