**Your Benefits** - In the area of venture building, we develop and scale digital business models and products that inspire customers - Unique opportunity to experience venture building on purpose driven topics to meet the challenges of our future world (mobility, heath, utilities) - Rapid professional and personal development in an international environment - High-performing, cross-functional and diverse teams in which a motivating and open team culture is practiced - Shape solutions for our Venture Investment fund size - €100M - Participate in our open innovation and agile team - Flat hierarchies and high career growth trajectory - Office locations in Berlin and Ratingen (Duesseldorf area) - An environment of highly driven individuals coming together from diverse backgrounds & nationalities caring about each other **Your Tasks** - Managing the processes and projects in alignment with the Venture Leads in refining and executing the venture-building process, including ideation, market research, prototyping, and commercialization - Identifying and evaluating potential opportunities based on market trends, business models, and financial projections - Working closely with the Lead Venture Architect to develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including startups, venture capitalists, and industry experts - Managing the User Exploration, Ideation and Validation stage, conducting interviews, facilitating ideation, prototyping and validating promising ideas - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of the venture, including marketing, product development, legal, and finance - Assisting in improving and managing the end-to-end process from ideation to commercialization, including financial planning, fundraising, and business development - Developing the marketing, pricing and operational structures needed to commercialise new products and businesses - Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the new ventures **Your Profile** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture building, or working in the startup environment, either as founder or as employee of an early stage tech startup - Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, market trends, business models, and investment strategies - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and data in a clear and concise manner - Business builder at heart, strategist, operator, investor, product enthusiast or designer - Collaborative and empathetic to the perspective of others and willing to put yourself in their shoes to understand their pains and frustrations - Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements - Fluent in English **#WeWorkFlex **30 days' holiday plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off, home office in Germany, flexible working hours and more - we place value on a good work-life balance You should count on coming in for a minimum of 6 office days per month; beyond that, in consultation with your team, you can be flexible about your working hours and location. **#WeConnect** As a global company, we place particular emphasis on cross-team and cross-location communications with things such as virtual town hall & fishbowl meetings and our WeConnect platform.
