**Who will you be joining?**

If working with a dynamic and fast paced team is what you are looking for, then the Allianz SE Recruiting team is the one for you You will be joining the Recruiting team and more specifically, you will be working with the Student Recruiting and University relations initiatives. The team is responsible for recruiting of working students/interns for all of the Allianz SE divisions. Furthermore, many projects around university relations will be handled which includes quarterly townhalls, monthly university visits (both in Germany and abroad), attending career fairs and more

**How can you make an impact?**

You will work in a diversified and challenging environment, which allows you to get actively involved in a high-performing, agile, dynamic team. Depending on your skillset and interests, your tasks may include:

- Actively supporting the business to post positions and assisting them in the hiring process
- Handling all the recruiting needs of the hiring managers for their working student and internship positions
- Supporting in organizing the quarterly student townhalls, quarterly recruiting reports, and monthly newsletters
- Supporting the university relations initiatives such as, monthly university visits, students visiting our campus, career fairs, etc.
- Supporting the Global Team with content creation and providing them with material for social media posts
- Coordinating the Onboarding Program
- Actively supporting the senior recruiters with any upcoming requests
- Supporting many upcoming projects around student recruiting and university relations

**What are you made of?**

**Minimum Qualifications**
- You are currently working towards a university degree (Bachelors or Masters) in business administration, business management, HRM, economics, psychology, and/or any other related field.
- Knowledge and/or an interest in recruiting or human resources are an asset.
- Ideally, you should already have gained first practical experience in the fields of recruiting, project management, consulting and/or communications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required; German or another European language are an asset.
- An affinity for planning, coordinating and being detail-oriented
- Previous experience in business related functions (e.i. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus- Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university - or (for an internship) a gap year-
- Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Knoweledge and experience in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus
- Strong ability to think and act independently, to quickly adapt to new problem settings and situations, with a focus on problem-solving skills
- Proactive, flexible and energetic team player with a strong personal interest in sustainability issues, environmental problems and societal concerns
- High attention to detail and ability to work on different work-streams at the same time
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good writing and story-telling skills to help promote our Newsletter for internal and external channels are also a plus
