As Working Student/Intern in our Office Management Team, you will be the contact person together with two colleagues and a Workingstudent for all questions around topics such as events, travel planning, workplace equipment, orders and the daily operation of our Munich headquarters. As a key communication interface you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in enabling a positive, welcoming and smooth experience for visitors in our Headquarter in Munich.

How you will make an impact
- You make sure that our Munich office is an enjoyable place of exchange for all Spatialists
- You are our 'face' towards visitors and accompany them to their meetings in our Headquarter
- You will conceptualize and organize events for our teams and assist in the organization of bigger meetings
- You direct our office service providers and are the contact person for suppliers, craftsmen, the property management as well as our landlord
- With your organizational and multitasking skills, you take care of the office organization and orders for office materials, fruit, catering, etc.
What will help you succeed in the role
- You are currently a student at a German university and looking for an exciting working student position in a dynamic environment or looking for an internship. Ideally, you have experience in office management or a similar field
- You have an eye for detail and a hands-on working style
- Your enthusiasm for working in a team will help you to successfully collaborate with different stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher) and excellent communication skills will enable you to communicate effectively with your colleagues as well as with external service providers
- Ideally, you already have some experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
