**Job Description Summary**: Working student / Intern on Thermal Design System (M/F)

**Role Summary/Purpose**:
Student project in the framework of the Aviation next gen engine thermal management system technology.

The student work will focus on flow and heat transfer analyses, as well as CFD modelling.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
The work will involve the setup of numerical models, model results and test data post-processing, as well as interpretation of heat transfer data for the validation of engine component thermal models.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Setup of numerical models, thermal and 1D flow solver
- CFD mesh generation, model set up and post-processing
- Interpretation of numerical results
- Development of thermal simulation models

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Study of Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- Can-do attitude
- Open and creative
- Team-work & commitment
- Fluency in English
- Currently enrolled at a university

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Experience in heat transfer analysis,
- Initiative to gain technical depth in engine simulation, thermal design and modeling methods
- Knowledge of aero engine technology
- Initiative to engage in the aeronautical industry
