Great We are looking for a mandatory intern (M/F/d) to support our Payroll team in our headquarters in Göppingen - Assist our HR Payroll team with administrative tasks in it's daily business, mainly for Germany - Support in the coordination and preparatory activities for payroll - Be responsible for the creation of HR-related documents or the digitization and archiving of personnel files - Work with our HR ticketing system and offer support to our employees with general inquiries - Ensure that our HR and employee files are up to date as well as all employee documentation is recorded accurately - Work with interim reports in a timely manner - Be actively involved in the process improvement **Qualifications**: - You need to fullfil a mandatory internship (40 hours/week) as a part of your studies for at least 6 months - Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus - High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm paired with excellent communication and presentation skills and a high level of customer service - Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) Additional Information - Contract location would be **Göppingen, Germany**: - ** Make an impact** Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
