The Opportunity

Are you a student with a passion for project management in a People & Culture context?

Fitting your personal interest and experience, you will work on a broad range of projects to elevate the employee experience at NavVis In our collaborative work environment, you will learn every day in close cooperation with your teammates whilst taking on real responsibility in important projects. Our Global People & Culture Team has the mission of creating an exciting and collaborative employee culture to drive and set up state-of-the art People processes and projects fit to scale with our strong company growth.

How you will make an impact
- You will closely cooperate with the Global Head of People & Culture as well as the entire Global People Team driving and supporting a broad range of important initiatives
- Fitting to your personal profile you will be the project manager for People & Culture projects to continuously improve, scale and internationalize our People & Culture work
- You will also contribute to our success by doing research and analysis on various People & Culture topics and by bringing your own ideas and experiences to all topics

What you need to succeed in the role
- You have previous experience (as an intern or working student) in Project Management, HR, or a related field
- In-progress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or a similar field
- Your strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as experience working with Excel, will enable you to drive your projects
- Your interpersonal and great communication skills will empower you to be successful in stakeholder management
- Fluency in German to understand German laws for some of our projects
- Fluency in written and spoken English, as English is our official language of communication
