**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic Compensation & Benefits programs
- Analyze market trends and perform benchmarking to ensure a competitive global compensation system
- Design and implement remuneration concepts (e.g., variable compensation elements like STI, LTI, and employee stock programs) and develop relevant policies
- Participate in the compensation committee of the Supervisory Board and advise the Supervisory Board on KION Executive Board compensation
- Conduct job evaluations for the top 500 executives and regularly review compensation through benchmarking
- Oversee the implementation and periodic adjustment of the global job catalog
- Coordinate the integration of compensation concepts into our global HR system
- Manage company pension schemes, ensuring an attractive system
- Establish an HR Reporting and Analytics Hub for all HR metrics
- Ensure a robust data foundation, compliant reporting, and data analysis using appropriate KPIs
- Lead a team of Compensation & Benefits specialists and oversee the HR Controlling and Analytics team

**Requirements**:

- A completed university degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
- At least ten years of professional experience, including five years of extensive experience in designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits programs in an international company with a global focus
- In-depth knowledge of the German and international compensation and benefits landscape
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- High resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Intercultural competence and the ability to work in a global context
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
