**We are looking for a**
**Tech Lead Identity & Risk (M/F/d)**

**(unlimited, full-time) to join our team at our Berlin, Verl, and Tallinn locations to build the next generation of fintech.**

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Owning the technical vision of the Identity and Risk platform and designing its evolution
- Leading design, development, deployment, and operations of the platform
- Collaborating with product leadership to align technical solutions with business requirements
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the software engineering teams
- Planning and tracking budgets, ensuring cost efficiency of platform development and operations
- Ensuring platform adhesion to best practices in security, scalability, and performance and fulfilling all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Staying on top of the latest industry trends and overseeing the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the platform's capabilities

***What will help to succeed in the role**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of identity verification and risk management technologies.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
