Tasks
- Lead technology roadmap to enhance the SQUAKE platform for evolving customer needs
- Manage the entire technical product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Oversee technological infrastructure, optimizing processes for efficiency
- Utilize expertise in automation to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in a leadership position in a high growth start-up assembling high-performing tech teams
- Experience on greenfield products and strong hands-on technical ability to execute product iterations
- Readiness to work with ambiguity in a high paced and fast changing environment
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholder
- Fluency in English and Located in Berlin or the willingness to relocate to Berlin
- Experience as a Senior / Lead Engineer in Big Tech, Scale-Ups or related companies is a big plus
