Strategy and Development
- Creating and implementing new pricings, frame contracts and strategic goals to improve OES Business Performance (profitable growth)
- Developing, creating and rolling out new business processes for the Customer Center Strategy for the future

General and Task Management
- Regional responsibility for 20 locations and approx. 40 Mio. € Sales p.a. incl. P&L responsibility of the business (ROS/EBIT)
- Assuring delivery of Service Parts of Continental Automotive to OEM Customers with high Service Quality and at highest product quality standard
- Responsibility for the SMY/OES business for all spare part and serial spare part products on automotive level
- Establishing a worldwide Serial Service Sales Strategy for the transfer of all Aftersales Products (Spare Parts and Current Model Service) with all Business Areas
- Evaluating and anticipating challenges and opportunities and taking action to mitigate risks and develop profitable growth:

- Leveraging opportunities of remaining together for OEMs
- Using Cross-Selling opportunities to and from IAM / OEM portfolio
- Consequent cost related pricing to assure profitability (including escalation)
- Portfolio clearance (EDO Cancellations)
- Refining strategies to assure a stable business until end of delivery obligation (balance working capital / obsolescence risks)

People Management
- Providing functional and disciplinary leadership to 5 Customer Center Employees under controlling and coaching, mentoring and developing direct reports and managing a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement and added value
- Setting sales department objectives and monitoring ongoing progress and performance
- Responsibility for developing the appropriate worldwide customer center organization structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables
- Guidance of controlling, quality, technology and operational managers

Financial Budget & Controlling
- Planning, setting, releasing and reviewing financial and operational targets for the organization following yearly planning cycle (Budget / CDP / SPOT)
- P&L responsibility for the Customer Center

Relationship Management
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external interested parties to ensure optimal performance
- Constantly evaluating which undertakings are the highest priority against the business targets and which can be executed with the available resource in connection to IAM, Serial BUs, Plants, Customers, OES internal (cross region)
- Interface to Conti KAM organization
