Head of E-powertrain Testing

Job ID: 26212- Location: Regensburg, DEAs Head of E-Powertrain Testing (M/F/d) you are responsible for ensuring and providing of strategical and efficient testing solutions for all inverter and electrical drive components. You synchronize continuously the topics with development teams, product lines and customer centers to meet the engineering demands assuring the efficiency, standardization, automation, and quality of testing.
This position can be filled in Regensburg, Berlin or Nuremberg.
**Your new responsibilities**:
- Definition and implementation of test equipment strategy based on local and business inputs
- Managing the testing area for the maximum possible usage of the test benches as well as definition and description of complex testing solutions
- Analysis and reporting of the equipment efficiency as well as definition and implementation of improvement measures for increasing of the efficiency
- Worldwide support for all locations regarding test bench specification, acquisition, and maintenance
- Technical and disciplinary management of various teams in Europe (Germany, France, Romania), Asia and North America
- Laboratory management in several locations
- Technical contact for external and internal customers and suppliers
- Continuous assurance of compliance with legal obligations for occupational safety and environmental protection
- Budget responsibility
**Your profile**:
- Academic Degree in Engineering (electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
- Several years of global leadership and technical experience in electrification products
- Experience in internal or external project management
- Fundamental knowledge of product lifecycle processes
- Experience in Laboratory Management
- Business fluent English and German language skills written and spoken
- High communication skills, knowledge and experience in multicultural professionality
