Head of Sales Europe, Business Unit Coatings

**Your responsibilities**:
Your mission is to expand HeiQ product sales and revenues in the European region through
- Leading the European sales team for Business Unit Coatings and Polymers
- Operating as a key account manager to select customers
- Identifying new market opportunities from industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customers, and developing appropriate product offerings
- Organizing marketing activities such as trade shows in concert with other team members
- Coordinating production and logistics of nanomaterials manufactured in Regensburg with team members
**You are**:
- A proactive, reliable and disciplined personality with strong project management skills
- Very pragmatic and result-driven
- An authentic team player, demanding of yourself and leading by example
- Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably also have knowledge of German
**You bring**:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of chemical additives, ideally antimicrobials
- Experience in the coatings and polymers industry with a network in this industry
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with EU chemical regulation
