The Position
You will be a part of HBK’s Corporate Strategy and M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team where you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to some of the company’s key projects, such as formulating our long-term strategy, explore and execute on M&A opportunities, review market potentials etc. in collaboration with the team. We offer an exciting and varied role which allows you to further develop your knowledge, competences, and skill set.
This position is to be filled in Darmstadt, Germany or Virum, Denmark.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating and preparing internal and external presentations and decision materials for senior management
- Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative information from internal and external sources, translating this into clear insights
- Building business cases and assess new strategic opportunities for HBK
- Assisting in the preparation of company valuations for M&A purposes (DCF, multiples), including financial modelling
- Supporting our due diligence processes on an ad-hoc basis
Your Profile
Preferably you are in the process of completing a bachelor or have just embarked on your master’s degree within either Business/Finance or Engineering with a commercial mindset and top tier results within the required fields. Prior experience from strategy or M&A roles is a plus. Additionally, you have a:
