**Your role**:
We are offering a unique opportunity in Corporate Strategy, where you will join us in unlocking our full potential to take our company to the next level. As part of an enthusiastic, vibrant, and growing team, you will drive our company's strategy development, portfolio, and M&A strategy, as well as the execution of strategic projects and initiatives. In doing so, you will collaborate cross-functionally with several corporate and sector functions, including the sectors’ strategy teams, controlling and M&A. Your contribution will ultimately enable decision-making at the Executive Board level regarding strategic capital allocation and priority areas.
**What you offer**:
- Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration and/ or Natural Science, a PhD and/ or MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, portfolio management, controlling, and/ or M&A, gained in inhouse consulting and/or corporate roles
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven attitude and proactive way of working in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Outstanding analytical skills combined with demonstrated ability for strategic and conceptual thinking
- Distinctive know-how in our business sectors coupled with extensive experience in strategic planning and financial analysis
- Compelling expertise in strategic and financial priorities on group / sector level, with in-depth understanding of economic trends impacting our business and various functions
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills to successfully work cross-function and cross-sector in a complex and fast-moving environment including C-level engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken), German and any another foreign language is a plus, strong literacy in MS Office is a prerequisite
