Join our Materials AI team for an exciting working student position. You'll collaborate with R&D and digital experts to develop a strategy for enhancing user adoption of electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) software and other digital R&D tools.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Delivering a concise landscape of **current ELN usage across a global 700 user community** through multi-method data gathering
- Leveraging your analytical skills to** develop a strategy for improving adoption** and use.
- ** Creating KPIs** to quantify adoption improvement.
- Collaborating with Materials AI & IT teams to transform strategy into actionable plans.

**Who you are**:
- Bachelor or Master student (enrolled) in science with business administration or a related field.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently, carefully, and precisely with global virtual teams.
- Creative, logical thinker with outstanding communication skills in both real and virtual environments.
- Experience with digital survey and questionnaire methods.
- Understanding of strategy development
- Fluent (C1) in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
