Assistant to The Head of Corporate Sustainability

**Your Role**:
In your role you will manage the office of the Head of Corporate Sustainability and provide support to the whole team.
Planning and preparing bi-weekly Leadership Team Meetings, o rganizing the annual Global Corporate Sustainability Meeting and providing administrative support for the external Sustainability Panel will also be part of your role. You will be involved in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and in creating/preparing presentations. Preparations and support during Audits and in Quality Management are also one of your tasks. You will have the opportunity to get involved in projects.
**Who you are**:
- Degree in office management
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Ability to organize, prioritize and to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/Team-player
- Flexible
