User Support Specialist (M/F/x)

**Your Tasks**:

- Provide 1st level support for End Users by phone and management of incidents
- Provide 2nd level support for End Users with remote connection and troubleshooting of users incidents
- Develop Department’s reporting and KPIs related to services
- Provide Monitoring and 1st Level Support of the Branches Services & Headquarters (e.g.: ATMs, Branch Communications Network, Branches Telephony System, Manage IT Security alarms, End User IT Tickets, etc.)
- Monitoring of Santander Group network and Self Service devices in branches (GAA, AKT & KAD) and managing of the related incidents

**Your Profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree in (business) computer science, information systems or alternatively a solid education and relevant work experience
- Advanced Help Desk experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- Good experience with Microsoft based environments (Operating System, Active Directory, Exchange etc.)
- Experience with remote connection and incident troubleshooting
- Good knowledge in the area of Hardware and Software configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of network printing issues
- Experience with Java incidents identification and troubleshooting
- High service and customer orientation
- High ability to work in a team, very good communication skills and very good at phone attention
- Professional and polite behavior
- Very high flexibility, ability to cope with pressure and reliability
- Fluent English and German knowledge
