In addition to a relevant track record, you should have a respectful and honest attitude, the ability to meet deadlines and implement the Group's business strategy, be a team player and reliable, demonstrate initiative and creativity and have a dynamic personality. **You can look forward to that**: - A permanent employment contract - An extra day off on your birthday - Your business licence with Babbel* to expand your language skills - Family & Friends discounts for their holiday - Many discounts with a variety of partners via Corporate Benefits **Your new job could look like this**: - You’re focussed on proactive demand generation for our portfolio of hotels in Germany - cross-selling within the group, focusing on business travel, leisure, MICE segments - You‘ll report to the Vice President Sales & Marketing and will work alongside our sales team members, MICE and CRO **That's what makes you special**: - Strong understanding of business travel; customer acquisition and procurement processes in business travel, GDS distribution, travel management companies, RFP process and analytics, success record in demand generation in the segment. - Leisure sales knowledge, understanding of the seasonality of the market and ability to generate demand through out the year from various customers and markets, working with the premium customers. Proactivity and ability to create demand thinking outside of the box - Commercial acumen and strong understanding of goals and strategy. - Ability to support deployment of strategic partnerships and preferred relations, focusing on increase of market share for the portfolio of Precise Hotels & Resorts - Proficiency in English language is a must **About us**: Precise Hotels & Resorts was founded in 2005 by hotelier Ron Ben Haim and specialises in the acquisition, operation and management of luxury and upscale hotels.
