**Job Description**:
Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, Europe (Non-Tech) and working closely with both Recruitment Shared Service colleagues as well as other colleagues across our European recruitment hub and wider local HR community, the Senior Recruiter, Germany is a proactive, engaging professional who strives for quality of service in their day-to-day tasks. The Senior Recruiter, Germany is also able to 'own' key process and projects manage as well as contribute to strategic European & Global recruitment initiatives (across D&I, recruitment education, employer branding etc).
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with German business and HR colleagues to fully understand resource requirements, role profiles and take detailed job briefs with emphasis on both technical & soft competencies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of designated vacancies from job advertising and sourcing, through interviewing, to offer.
- Maintain relationships with critical talent pipelines, internal business partners, hiring managers & stakeholders.
- Identify, inform and educate the German non-tech business on appropriate improvements to their recruitment practices.
- Contribute to system efficiency /development of recruitment technologies.
- Analyse UK recruitment data and informing wider team to inform our recruitment strategy.
**Requirements**:
Essential
- Minimum 5 years talent acquisition/recruitment experience - either agency or ‘in-house' environment (preferably within a B2B business)
- Significant knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships.
- Strong stakeholder experience.
- High level of drive, a self-starter who can deal with significant ambiguity.
- Proven senior stakeholder management experience.
- Strong track record in placing mid-senior level professionals
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships.
- Pro-active approach, able to adapt to ambiguity.
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
Preferable
- Experience recruiting within Data Insight, Market Research or related Consulting industry.
- Agency side ‘360’ role experience or full acquisition lifecycle In-house experience.
- Managed senior and leadership level offer processes
- Additional European language skills
This is a hybrid working role based in either Nuremberg or Munich (maximum 2 days per week in office)
