**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Take ownership and responsibility for the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities incl. creation of job descriptions, screening, interviews and closing
- Become a valuable partner for hiring managers to find and recruit the best talents for our team by becoming an expert on the automotive cybersecurity industry
- Keep your recruiting knowledge and expertise up to date by attending conferences, trainings, and meetups for input about finding, attracting, and hiring the best talents
- Support the development of sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current requirements but supporting the long-term talent business needs
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics, management, psychology, or a similar field of study
- At least 3 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruiting in a tech company or recruitment agency
- Professional experience in fast growing companies, start-ups, or consulting
- Experience in active sourcing is a plus
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
