**Job Description**:
Der Team Lead (m/w/d) im Client National Team des Consumer Panels (GfK CPS) leitet ein Beraterteam und ist für die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Top-FMCG-Kunden sowie die Durchführung von Analysen und Projekten verantwortlich. Berichtend an unseren Senior Director, Germany (_Standort Nürnberg_) liegt der Fokus des Team Leads auf der Beratung nationaler Hersteller in Deutschland mit Fokus auf Frischeprodukten (_z.B. Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Fisch, Fleisch, Wurst und weitere Food-Produkte_).

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams
- Verantwortung für Umsatz und Gewinn bzw. Deckungsbeitrag
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung der Wachstumsziele des Teams durch strukturierte und strategische Entwicklung langjähriger Bestandskunden
- Umfassende Nutzung aller GfK CPS Consumer Panel Lösungen inkl. AST entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen
- Präsentation von Konzepten und Analyseergebnissen gegenüber Kunden
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe
- Externe Präsenz als Branchenexperte für GfK CPS, z.B. durch Vorträge in der Branche und auf Veranstaltungen

Sie haben:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts-/Sozialwissenschaften oder verwandter Fächer, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Marktforschung
- 7+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Marktforschung, Marketing/Vertrieb, Category Management oder Beratung
- Mindestens 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- 7+ Jahre Erfahrung mit Verbraucherpaneldaten erforderlich, Erfahrung mit anderen Marktforschungsmethoden wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Netzwerke aufzubauen und aktiv zu pflegen - sowohl extern als auch intern
- Kenntnisse des Shopper-Portfolios und des CM-Prozesses
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit AnalyzeIT & SimIT wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fortgeschrittenes Projektmanagement
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
