**Head (w/m/d) of Innomotics Real Estate Germany, Western Europe and India**

- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. **Your future role.**

**_General Management:_**
- Within the Innomotics Real Estate organization you are the Head of Real Estate hub Germany and lead a team of ~10 employees
- You drive all aspects of the regional real estate strategy for the assigned locations in co-ordination with Innomotic’s global real estate head
- With a team of location managers you are responsible for all office and factory locations of Innomotics in Germany, Western Europe and India
- In addition you are responsible to steer all tasks related to facility management in the factories
- You are the day-to-day point of contact for senior management regarding all kind of real estate issues
- You maintain a close cooperation with internal and external partners
- You are responsible for the implementation of respective real estate guidelines to ensure compliance with lease terms, contracts, and permits
- You are responsible for the implementation of sustainability measures and for the execution of local EHS-aspects in order to ensure legally compliant operation with a zero harm culture

**_ Location Management:_**
- You manage relationships with vendors, landlords, suppliers, real estate brokers, and other partners
- You lead lease negotiations and renewals as required
- You are responsible for the management of real estate related projects, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation, and control
- You provide guidance and supervision of construction, separation and relocation activities within the assigned locations
- Together with the business leaders you develop location concepts to minimize costs and reduce space footprint at our Innomotics locations
- You steer the implementation of new office concepts (new normal)

**_ Facility Management:_**
- You ensure that adequate maintenance plans are in place especially for manufacturing locations in order to reduce maintenance costs
- You ensure the adequate performance of in
- and outsourced facilities services
- You support the evaluation and selection of outsourced vendors and service providers for facility services

**Your profile.**
- A successfully completed degree combined with many years of relevant professional experience
- Advanced real estate management skills and expertise
- Knowledge of real estate market of the assigned area as well as mechanism & tasks
- Knowledge in project management, facility management, procurement, EHS of real estate services & contract law aspects
- Knowledge in Business Administration, including Forecasting & Budgeting
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- You are goal oriented and have strong problem solving skills and “can do” attitude
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability as well as ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Advanced German and English language skills required
- Willingness to travel across the locations
