You support our team as Junior Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) **Responsibilities**: - ** Analyze**: Monthly results and provide actionable financial insights in collaboration with global teams. - ** Monitor**: Deviations, variances, and trends within financial reports and take corrective actions as needed. - ** Partner**: With global project teams in areas like SCM, Marketing, and R&D to offer financial guidance and support. - ** Collaborate**: With Controlling functions in 23 countries to align and streamline financial strategies. - ** Prepare**: Impactful presentations and reports for the Global Finance Director to facilitate informed decision-making. **Qualifications**: - ** Hold**: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Operational Finance. - ** Bring**:First professional experience in operative controlling (e.g., through internships), with a strong desire to grow and build a successful career in finance and controlling. - ** Communicate**: Fluently in English, both spoken and written, to operate effectively in a global environment. - ** Excel**: In PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, to handle data efficiently. - ** Know**: SAP systems or show a strong willingness and aptitude to learn them quickly. - ** Demonstrate**: A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and prioritization skills to manage tasks effectively.
