**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the hiring managers to ensure that accurate information is used for the recruitment process, thereby ensuring targeted and quality recruitment.
- Analyse the success and improvement areas of the recruitment in your perimeter to develop targeted recruitment initiatives if needed.
- Managing employment relations cases to provide a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business.
- Ensures that HR policies are communicated in a timely manner in line with local requirements.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and manage compliance within the relevant frameworks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in the field of Human Resources or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional Experience in HR, ideally Recruiting, of at least 5 years.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Experience in Employer Branding and Active Sourcing, including analysis of market data in HR
- Strong Knowledge in Online Recruiting / Social Media Recruiting Tools
