Porsche Customer Service Trainer

We want to build Porsches’ Customer Interaction Center (CIC) in Berlin together with you. At the CIC we want to create something new and innovative to inspire the customer experience of the Porsche brand. You are an essential part of Porsches customer success, so you might as well call yourself a **Porsche Ambassador**.
Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate **Customer Service Trainer/Coaches **who seek to revolutionize Porsches’ customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Discuss individual training needs with customer service agents and team leaders based on quality analysis
- Plan and coordinate training in cooperation with further stakeholders (e.g. Porsche AG, Subsidiaries, etc.)
- Self-dependent preparation, execution and follow-up of onboarding and continuous trainings
- Conceptual development and delivery of trainings for new systems and processes
- Develop and perform result controls, e.g. through quizzes or examination as well as the documentation of training and evaluation results
- Contact person to identify, discuss and conduct development of training documents and modules
- Administration of the contents of the learning management system
- Multiplication function of knowledge through different touch points (& needs-based coaching)
WHO YOU ARE
- Qualified/certified trainer with several years of training experience, ideally in the automotive and/or the call center sector
- Methodically competent in development of modern, multimedia-based training concepts
- Excellent in communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient in German/Spanish + English
- Proficiency with tools to develop trainings and eagerness to get to know internal training tools
- Personality: motivated, communicative, open, and empathetic, but also assertive
- Working style: self-dependent, proactive, well structured, eager to learn
