Vip Customer Support Representative Portuguese

**WHO WE ARE**
iGaming Platform develops innovative iGaming software products for online casinos. Our simple and intuitive UI makes it easy to change content, update offers and promotions, and even the layout of your casino site in just a few quick and easy clicks.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build strong personal relationships with the VIP players to maximize loyalty, revenue, and player experience.
- Answer VIP players’ queries, requests, and complaints and ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, implement and evaluate campaigns to keep high retention rate of VIPs and work closely to the CRM team to coordinate such implementations of campaigns, journeys, and new segmentation, if needed.
- Liaise closely with other departments to optimize communications with VIP players.
- Target VIPs with personalized communication, offers and treatment.
- Keep up to date with the procedures.
- Keep VIP players informed about casino games products and relevant bonuses/promotions that may be of interest.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects when it’s needed.
**MUST HAVE**
- 1-year previous hands-on experience in VIP, Account Management, Retention, or Operations, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work in shift schedules including weekdays or weeknights and weekends.
- Very good level of English and a native level of written and spoken (Brazilian) Portuguese (at a native or near native level).
- Very personable and sociable, with an empathetic mentality, and able to build good relationships with customers.
