Customer Support Representative Portuguese Speaker

iGaming Platform develops innovative iGaming software products for online casinos. Our simple and intuitive UI makes it easy to change content, update offers and promotions, and even the layout of your casino site in just a few quick and easy clicks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with registration, bonuses, marketing campaigns, verification, pay-outs, deposit, technical issues and any other query.
- Engage and inform customers of ongoing campaigns.
- Work is scheduled on shift basis / weekday or weeknights and weekends.
- Keep up to date with new information, policies and procedures.
- Escalate customer issues to the team manager and relevant internal departments.
MUST HAVE
- Very good level of English and a native level of written and spoken (Brazilian) Portuguese (at a native or near native level).
- Good judgement and the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Flexible and willing to work weekday or weeknights and weekends.
