We are a growing team looking for a People Operations Partner in the HR/People department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a People Operations Partner you are the first point of contact for most of your colleagues. You will work on all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. There is also opportunity to work on strategic projects while you collaborate with other departments in the People organization. While your main focus will be collaborating with your German colleagues, there will be scope to work with your colleagues based in Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid... Some of your daily tasks will include the following.
