**Your tasks**: Proactively support the Internal Audit and Business Development & Strategy teams by taking over administrative and organizational activities. - Seamlessly coordinate the operational tasks of both teams, ensuring efficient planning and organization of meetings and calls. - Manage annual schedules, ensuring smooth workflows throughout the year. - Facilitate the audit planning process, helping to maintain adequate audit resources. - Support the audit team along the audit process by undertaking most of the admin tasks, where feasible. - Organize and lead the logistics for the "Synergy Committee" meetings. - Draft clear, concise minutes and summaries for selected meetings. - Assist in preparing internal teams’ presentations. - Efficiently organize and prioritize the schedules of department heads. - Oversee travel arrangements and ensure timely, accurate expense reporting. - Provide on-the-go support for urgent travel bookings and claims. ***Your profile**: - You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant skills from diverse experiences. - You hold a Bachelor’s degree or commercial apprenticeship. - You are highly organized, adaptable, and and can handle changing priorities. - You are proactive, results-driven, and work well independently. - You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating in multicultural teams. - You handle sensitive information with discretion and care. - You are proficient in Office 365, especially Outlook. - You speak English and German fluently. - You bring a positive, service-oriented mindset and are always eager to help. **Your Team**: Around 150 colleagues from 15 nations make up RTL Group's Corporate Centers in Cologne and Luxembourg.
