**Ihre Arbeitsaufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung sämtlicher administrativer Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Beantwortung von Anfragen von Behörden
- Kommunikation mit einer Vielzahl von internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Erstellung von Zeugnissen, Kündigungen, Arbeitsverträgen und Bescheinigungen, unter Zuhilfenahme von Haufe
- Unterstützung im Onboarding-Prozess und Erstellung relevanter Dokumente
- Pflege und Führung der Personalakten
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen allen Beteiligten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word
- Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Diskretion
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
