Project Planner

Construction is responsible for installation, commission and finally handover of wind farms to the client. Working closely together with the client and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, efficiently and with a high-quality standard.

This role is part of the Project Management, Construction Onshore team and will be responsible for handling and coordinating all aspects of Vestas Onshore projects, from a sales phase to execution and transfer to service.

**As a Project Planner in this team, you will be a crucial element in the planning and effectiveness of project reporting and quality delivery. You will be joining a multicultural and diverse team of 12 people, with a positive attitude and trusted approach to the business.**

**Responsibilities**

Effectively support the Bid Managers, Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure wind turbine installation projects are planned and carried out within the scope of the contract,

Ensure on time, high quality, and within budget project planning, reporting, and analysis s

Ensure that all schedules are fully integrated and resource-loaded to ensure the accuracy of projected resourcing and staffing requirements

Monitor and update accurate schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and inform of changes to schedule outcome

Organize and participate in weekly and monthly Project Reviews, Planning and Performance meetings as well as Hand-over and Kick-off meetings

**Qualifications**

Min. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

Proven experience in Planning, Scheduling, or and monitoring of project development

Experience with EPC projects is highly preferred.

Skilled with Excel, SAP, MS Projects

Ideal to have worked with CPM scheduling software and Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM,

Full proficiency in German & English

Skilled communicator, both verbally and written

Great organizational abilities

Technical savvy attitude

Not mandatory but ideal: user experience in Linear Planning (e.g., time location tools), 4D Construction Planning, BIM, and Project Control.
