Elbe1 is a specialized consultancy company from Hamburg, Germany with a global reach focusing on project management activities in the offshore wind and renewable energy industry. Our services cover all aspects of project management activities including strategy development, planning, early design consultancy, and project execution right up until start of operation of offshore wind farms.

To expand our team we are currently searching for a

**Project Planner (M/F/d) Offshore Wind**

to join us as soon as possible at our headquarter in Hamburg or remote.

Your main tasks
- Proactive development of the Project Master Schedule in MS Project or Primavera P6 for Offshore Wind Farms
- Managing the Project Master Schedule and update regularly, producing planning reports for input into the monthly reporting process
- Support and mentor the career development of junior colleagues.
- Carrying out scenario planning to support project delivery optimization
- Establishing, and maintaining, effective communications across project delivery, Joint Venture, and other stakeholders

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor or master’s degree preferably with a technical background
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of other project controls systems (e.g., cost)
- Experience in Project Risk Management processes and/or facilitating project risk management
- Business fluent language skills in English
- Desire to learn and expand knowledge in Offshore Renewables environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel both locally and globally
