Join our Project Performance Team as our new Senior Project Planner (m/f/d) and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new roleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) to join our team and support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPC or EPCM projects, with proven expertise in planning and project controls. Experience in chemical, oil & gas or power generation projects and pipeline projects will be considered as an advantage. Your key responsibilities will beDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (Primavera P6 -Including cloud-based functionalities- and MS Project), while also managing budgets and overseeing resource planning and scheduling activities.Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases to ensure alignment with project objectives.Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports, forecasts, and critical path analyses to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Support cost control and resource planning in line with project budgets and timelines.Ensure compliance with internal project execution methods and quality standards for EPC/EPCM projects. About youMinimum 5 years of experience in project planning and controls for large-scale EPC/EPCM projects in the infrastructure sector.Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) and project management methodologies.Proven ability to manage complex schedules and interface with multiple stakeholders.Experience in pipeline projects (onshore/offshore) is highly desirable.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Degree in Engineering or related discipline; advanced certifications in project planning or controls are an advantage.Business fluent in English and GermanFlexibility to travel based on project needs (up to 30%) Personal AttributesStructured and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain positive contractor relationships. What we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned companyFlexible working hours and locationsHybrid working: 2-3 days of mobile working per weekPermanent employment, with part-time possibilitiesAn extensively subsidised 'Germany ticket'Contribution to company pension scheme and occupational disability insurance Ready to join us?Please submit your application with your up-to-date CV.
