We are now looking for

**Project Planer (M/F/d)**

to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

**What will you be doing**

You will support the project manager in defining and maintaining the project schedule including milestones, deadlines and dependencies of activities as well as the identification of the critical path.

**As Project Planer you will focus on these responsibilities**:

- Supporting the project manager in defining the project schedule including milestones, deadlines and dependencies of activities as well as the identification of the critical path
- Monitoring of the project status with regard to deadlines and, if required, coordination with stakeholders (e.g. sub-project managers, technical departments)
- Preparation of corrective actions in case of schedule bottlenecks in cooperation with the project manager
- Preparation and presentation of internal and external reports on schedule deviations and, if necessary, other project data
- Provision of comprehensive project data for the sub-project managers, specialist department
- Identification and communication of short
- and long-term changes in scheduling, resources and work planning
- Preparation of documentation on project planning processes

**The below will enable you to shine in this role**:

- Completed relevant education
- App. 2-3 years of relevant experience
- In-depth product knowledge and technical understanding of MS Project
- German and English language skills, spoken and written
- Knowledge of the Primavera would be an additional advantage
