Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital marketing, websites, and apps with a focus on user experience and partner success.
- Experience in consultative sales, with client-facing experience.- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with large clients and partners across different levels and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with agencies directly and in a three-way (e.g., client, agency, Google) relationship with a good understanding of the German agency, consultancy, and technology partner landscape.
- Experience with diagnosing and improving page speed, and with Next Generation web technologies.
- Experience giving business development, mobile strategy (i.e., Web/App) and UX advice (i.e. proposing a/b testing plans).
- Ability to influence C-level decisions and to drive tangible impact for large corporate organizations.

As a Conversion Specialist, you will partner with the wider Mobile Specialist team across Central Europe and the Large Customer Sales Agency, Google Marketing Platforms, and EMEA Go-To-Market teams to help Google significantly scale our impact to more customers through their agencies. Your goal is to build an ecosystem of well-qualified agencies and technology partners, who deliver transformational growth to their clients through monetizable UX- and speed-based conversion optimization consulting and implementations.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify for certification of agencies/partners with significant client influence.
- Create B/C-level agency/partner buy-in on the business opportunity. Provide consultative support (e.g. organizational set-up) for agencies/partners in the portfolio to maximize their effectiveness.
- Up-skill partners with help of technical teams, create sales materials, help partners win their first pitches, and ensure partners deliver high quality standards (e.g. audit the audit) to make clients successful.
- Develop and refine strategy to direct client demand to partners, including. customer/partner incentives.
- Lead creation of strong lighthouse partner cases to drive client demand to partners and advocate value of certification.
