Der Service Sales Support Specialist untersteht dem Parts Leader und ist für alle Supportarbeiten rund um das Service Sales Geschäft und den Ersatzteilverkauf verantwortlich.

Der Service Sales Support Specialist wird aktiv mit Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um Angebote zu erstellen und weiterzuverfolgen und dabei zu helfen, Service-Vertriebskampagnen vor Ort voranzutreiben. Dies reicht von der Unterstützung des Kampagnendesigns, der Definition von Zielkundenlisten und -kontakten, der Unterstützung von Mailing-Initiativen bis hin zur telefonischen Nachverfolgung spezifischer Kampagnen zur Generierung der Kundennachfrage.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch Beratung und Bereitstellung der Informationen zu Power Conversion-Produkten
- Telefonisches Nachverfolgung bei Vertriebspotenzialen sowohl bei neuen als auch bei bestehenden Kunden
- Erfüllung von vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Verkaufszielen sowie regelmäßiges Nachhalten der generierten Opportunities
- Nachverfolgung von Verkaufschancen und Unterstützung von Service Account Managern bei der Arbeit vor Ort
- Bereitstellung der Marketinginformationen für Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Aufnahme relevanter Informationen im Rahmen der Kundeninteraktionen über unserer Customer Relationship Management Tool

**Anforderungen**:

- Berufsausbildung in Elektrotechnik mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder durch relevante Erfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Elektrotechnik
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice mit aus
- und eingehenden Anrufen in der Industrie, idealerweise Kenntnisse zu Produkten der Energieumwandlung
- Professionelle mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation sowie Vertriebsmentalität mit kundenorientiertem Ansatz
- Ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse wie Excel, Outlook und Salesforce
- Kummunicationssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
