As an **Operations Support Associate**, your main objective is to make immigration and relocation processes to Germany as smooth as possible. You're not just supporting our team; you're easing the anxieties of our customers and championing their journey towards a new life.

To succeed, you'll need exceptional organisational skills, the ability to stay cool under pressure, and the readiness to embrace a challenge. ***What You'll Do**:

- **Conduct Quality Assurance checks**: Ensure documents are completed in accordance with guidelines and contain accurate information. Additionally, conduct future QA checks for communications with Relocation Specialists.
- **Enhance document completion guidelines**: Provide feedback to enhance the team's document completion accuracy and reduce error rates.
- **Field inquiries regarding international talents**: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform and internal communication tools.
- **Collaborate with authorities**: Coordinate appointments and expedite processes by working closely with relevant authorities.
- **Support immigration and relocation projects**: Contribute to projects related to German immigration and relocation, including developing and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines.
- **Use platform experience for collaboration**: Collaborate with the product team to develop impactful features using your platform experience.
- **Support commercial expansion efforts**: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the company's commercial expansion efforts.

**What We're Looking For**:

- You'll thrive in this role if you have:_
- 2+ years of work experience (including working student positions) in support or operations.
- Excellent German (B1+) and English (C1+) communication skills with a passion for engaging with people.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work across different tools (Excel sheets, Slack, Intercom, to name a few).
- A hands-on, efficient work ethic that gets things done.
- A natural flair for communication, finding joy in interacting with people.
- A positive attitude in stressful situations, adept at handling multiple requests with patience.
- A preference for working fully remotely in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience in relocation or global mobility is a bonus
