We're hiring countX is looking for a VAT Operations Associate.
countX is growing fast, and we're looking for a motivated VAT Operations Associate to support e-commerce sellers across Europe. If you enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and want to build expertise in EU VAT and Intrastat, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do:
• Set up new clients in our internal systems
• Prepare and validate data from Amazon and invoicing tools
• Process VAT returns for multiple EU countries
• Prepare Intrastat filings based on physical movements of goods
• Work closely with our VAT Team Coordinator in a supportive, international environment
What you bring:
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
• Experience in VAT, accounting, or e-commerce (a plus, not a must)
• Solid spreadsheet skills (Excel/Sheets)
• Good English skills (German is a bonus)
• A structured, proactive, and reliable approach to work
