der im Operations-Bereich zusammen mit uns das Fundament legt.

Als Operations Associate arbeitest du direkt mit dem Gründerteam und unseren Meisterbetrieben zusammen. Du hältst das System am Laufen – Prozesse, Logistik, Installationen, Partner - und verbessert es stetig.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung ab Tag 1 – echte Umsetzung
  • Planung, Koordination und Nachhalten unserer Installationen
  • Prozesse verbessern, Engpässe finden, Lösungen bauen
  • Kommunikation mit Partnern, Eigentümern, Installateuren
  • Daten sauber halten und in klare Entscheidungen übersetzen
  • Zahlen verstehen: Kapazitäten, Zeitpläne, Material, Effizienz
  • Das Team entlasten, indem du Probleme löst, bevor sie entstehen
