**Your role**
- Are you an inspirational leader with extensive knowledge of Investment Bank operations? You do not lose the oversight in a in a dynamic and demanding environment? Do you know how to navigate complex teams across different locations? Are you adept at facing off to multiple stakeholders?
- We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to:
- oversee local IB Operations in UBS Europe SE (Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan, Paris) and closely coordinate with the global IB Operations delivery teams
- manage a team of 22 staff covering middle office client support, transaction processing and local regulatory transaction reporting
- ensure a stable production environment along operational level agreements and daily risk management
- implement regulatory requirements and ensure continued compliance with local regulations
- address regulatory requests being addressed to the function
- monitor all outsourced activities are in line with regulatory requirements including active management of service deviations
- build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the Investment Bank and Operations across Europe and London
- act as an escalation point for business stakeholders

**Your team**
- You’ll be working as part of Global Wealth Management Operations in Europe. With your team you are managing and supervising all Investment Operations activity within UBS Europe SE and ensuring day-to-day service delivery for the local Investment Bank operations activities. In this role you will closely interact with the global Investment Bank Operations team in London. You will report to the Head of UBS Europe SE Operations, be a member of UBS Europe SE Operations Leadership Forum and attend various senior management meetings and Committees.

- extensive experience in managing Investment Bank operations
- strong communicator with ability to face-off to key business stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- excellent understanding of operational processes, customer-orientated and a flair for service excellence
- transformational mindset with flavor for automation and digitalization
- strong risk-awareness mentality and knowledge of relevant regulations
- excellent people management, motivation and development skills
- fluent in English and preferably German
