Production Assistant

**Description**:
DAZN, the revolutionary, global sports streaming service & holder of a world beating rights portfolio including UEFA Champions League and the Bundesliga, wish to appoint a Production Assistant to work on our exciting world feed host broadcast productions as well as unilateral productions within the DACH market.

As Production Assistant you'll bring a love of organization, Excel sheets and effective project management to support the Production Management Team in organizing all logistics for the across multiple projects.

Our aim is to see our hosts and pundits, e.g. Sami Khedira and Michael Ballack On-Air at home on your TV

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Production Management Team in preparation and debriefing of all outside broadcast productions
- Planning Crew and Freelancers in line with the internal production rota, including sending out booking confirmations and arranging suitable travel
- Ensuring suitable accreditation is arranged for each onsite crew member in line with UEFA’s or the association’s regulations
- Using the Associations Tools to insert our wishes and needs for onsite productions, e.g. camera positions, commentary positions, and parking spaces
- Creating Fact Sheets which contain relevant information for crew to travel and work onsite, e.g. “How to get to the stadium” and technical details like camera plans and layouts
- Assist the Administrative Department with cost-tracking, raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all freelancers and suppliers

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Accounting and/or business administration experience plus comfortable in working with numbers and big data sheets
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy at all times
- Fluent German & English language skills (additional languages is an advantage)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Previous experience of working as a production coordinator or assistant on broadcast production would be an advantage
